AMEC Building was two buildings totaling 29,982 SqFt on 4.25 acres. Project was a value-add renovation which included all components of the interior and exterior of the buildings. Subdivided into three parcels and sold. Built a new 15,400 SqFt flex-industrial building on one of the parcels.
