Amnor Group History
Our success over the years
Amnor On Jasper
Previously home to Shoppers Drug Mart on Jasper Avenue, underwent extensive renovations over 2 years. Resulting in 4 new tenants and most notably, a bold red exterior.
Subzi Mundi Building
Condo Conversion project which included: demising units, separating all utilities, exterior improvements, replacing building systems and laying new underground sanitary lines.
Coins Carwash and Industrial Condos
This project included thorough renovations of the existing car wash and new development of industrial condos individually sold.
2002
Amnor Powder Coating thrived, expanding from leasing a single bay of 7,600SqFt to purchasing the same building "Strathcona IV" totaling 124,000SqFt. From this acquisition, Amnor Group Inc. started in real estate.
